Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

When yo do Tools->Update Progress in P3, all your highlighted activities get actualized automatically. I did the same in P6, but the activities didn't get actualized automatically. Can anyone tell me if I'm missing any step or if I'm doing something wrong in P6? Thanks.

Try the option apply actuals and update progress. You have to have rights to actuals also check your rights also

I think I'm having the same problem.  I move the data date, run "update progress" and the activies highlighted move out in time to the new DD.  It doesn't do this on all projects but just one right now.

 

ANY advise on what to configure to get this working correctly again will be GREATLY appreciated.
