(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?
(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.
I have 4 project that are using the same activity code "RESP". For some reason when ever I try to organize under RESP code the heading comes up "NO RESP" code. This heading comes up for each project. There are other activity codes that are exactly the same, but they do not have the same issue as the RESP code. Any suggestions out there on what could be the issue why this is happening and a possible solution?

I think your configuration is set up to Enterprise wide rather than individual Project. The developers of P6 have considered the top manamgement when they design P6.

Each activity in each project is assigned RESP. Still we cannot organize each project seperately under RESP.
You mean Grouping And Sort anyway, make sure that you assigned responsiblity for all activities
