Unfortunately max Unit/Time will not average or show in the summary band. It is like a text that will not summarize. If you need to show them use the detail report and run pivot table on excel. That would help.

Rodel.... it appears to be something to do with the ’show summaries only’ tick box within group and sort?

When ticked the max units/time data is not on the report, when not ticked the data is there. Only problem is that I only require the summary list... do you know anyway around this?

Hi Rodel, I have chosen the same? Under columns all I have is Activity name and Max Units/Time. Group and Sort I have Resource ID name. Filter I have where open state equals open AND Resource type equals nonlabor (whichis what I need. Time interval period I have budgeted units?

What subject did you select when setting up the report? I just run a Activity resource & roles assignment with Max unit/time column added and it has all the data.
