Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Level Resources automatically getting ticked

Hi Rodel,

Before importing a program , i untick the option in Tool , Level resources , "Level all resources".

But when i import a program back , this option "Level all resources" is getting activated again"......

Even when i am importing i have removed "Keep existing option for all the parameters to "Update existing" still i am not able to remove this option..

Kindly advice....

Haresh,
Scheduling Options and level options settings are exported in XER under SCHEDOPTION table and it will keep the settings option if your import action is to update the existing database or Project. If your import action is Create New Project then all settings will goes back to default like level all resources and preserve scheduled early and late dates etc…
