"Break Page Every Group" option in P6 page setup is used to print a page by group specify in Group & Sort Function. The first grouping used will dictate this grouping but if indent options is used or tick in Group & Sort function this “Break Page Every Group” option will be disable.
Ex: If Group & Sort by:
WBS
AREA
WBS will be used for Break Page Every Page. Meaning every change in WBS will be print in another page.

This is abt P6. In the page setup option, there is a check box for Page break. But it is for group setting, I am not sure what P6 means by group, but definitely it is not like excel wherein we can drag the page break line to suit our view.

Dear Haresh,
What exactly are you talking about? Seems that you are describing a MS office document.
With kind regards,
