Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

How i can i compare a baseline progress i.e. planned progress with actual progress? Suppose activity A has a planned progress of 100% while it has actual progress of 50%. I want to show a planned progress of 100% in a baseline and actual progress of 50% in activity bar. Please note that i have to enter actual progress (50%) manually.

Planned progress = Schedule % complete in Primavera. If you want to display the %complete on bar then click the Bar icon. Tick the baseline you want to show (Project BL, Primary BL...etc) While highlighted the selected baseline click the bar level tab. Click add and select where you want it to be display (i.e. Right, Left, Center..etc) then Select Schedule % Complete. Do the same on Actual Bar and select Activity % Complete.

This should display the % Complete on each bar
