Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Importing Projects from P3.1 to P6

Dear all,

I have P6 Installed on my PC and i have schedule from contractor (prx file). i do not have P3.1 installed on my PC. Can i import this prx file to P6.

your help will be appreciated.

Hi Abdul,

Yes you can. First copy it to a new folder, change the extension from .prx to .exe and double click to expand it to a series of .p3 files.

When done, you can now export the P3 files into P6x.
