Website Upgrade Incoming - we're working on a new look (and speed!) standby while we deliver the project

Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Dear all,
What’s the meaning of Est weight for WBS/activity, and how to correctly use it.
Your answer is appreciated.

Jack,

My understanding for the Est. Weight is for top-down estimation. Breaking down the project by WBS then using a experience or mathematical function that is related to the productivivity of the organization to give weight for each WBS levels.

I try to use this P6 feature and give you more feedback on this planning parameter.
