run ur project with data date press F9 Press View Log & under SCHEDLOG.notepad u can see Errors:
Warnings: u can find here (Activities without predecessors) (Activities without successors) (Out-of-sequence activities)
(Activities with Actual Dates > Data Date) (Milestone Activities with invalid relationships) etc.

If you are looking for open ends, stick in your predecessor &successor columns in a layout and run a filter where they = "null"

Try to tick the"log to file" when you schedule your
programme,there you can find activities w/o
predecessors&successors.
