Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Activity Status in the Resource Assignments View

Does anyone out there know of a real easy way of determining the activity status of a particular activity when viewing the activity via the resource assignments view?
The best that I can come up with is either a very convoluted filter or using a global change in the activities view to apply a code which I am then able to access in the resource assignments view, however this then becomes static data which requires the re-running of the global change prior to viewing this data.

Hi Arnold,

I want this functionality in the resource assignments view, not the activity view. Currently I have to either create a filter or run a global change as described earlier

Hi Mark,

You can view your activity status even without viewing the resource assignments. In Activity Window, you can display Activity Status in your column for each activity, Not Started, In Progress & Completed. Is this what you mean?
