Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Hi Abeer,

To add a calender in one step, try this:

1- Add calender Column from Column (General Option.

2-Add desired Calender to First activity on Top of the Column.

3- Point the arrow on empty Calender Cell at the Bottom of the Calender Column.

4- By using(SHIFT + UP ARROW) OR (SHIFT + MOUSE POINTER) highlight the activities From bottom to Top......upto the assigned calender.

5- As you Reach the Assigned Calendr, make Right click choose Fill Down.

you can use same way to add any item.

best regard

Hi Abeer,

You can assign calendar for the existing activities using GLOBAL CHANGE.

Calendar = "Select Calendar"

If you wanted to change the selected activities only then you need to filter prior to run Global change.

Did you try Edit->Fill Down (CTRL+E)?
