I hate say it but... "this is an existing enhancement request" that said, check out knowledge base article prim33867 for a workaround. It does however require some pretty techie skills. Another method may be to use an access front end via sdk to edit the tables but from what I have seen they are may not be to easy to use either.

We have SDK, which we use with the Dictionary.xls. But there is no facility to import WBS. Is there another way of accessing the SDK?

Moving to P6 already! To import wbs from excel the best tool to use is the SDK (System developers kit). Download this from POINT.
