Be sure that the default calender is the same project calender. Primavera use the default calender in rolling up the duration information regard less the project calender.

Check your Hours per Time Period setting. Make sure it match to your calendar settings. Durations are calculated from the Hours per Time Period which can be set on Admin preference or User preference under Time Units Tab if “Allow users to specify the number of hours for each time period” is tick.
