Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Hi,

I made a revised target schedule and i want to clarify some info here regarding the resource distribution (used in Tracking layout in p5):

1- The Actual units shall remain the same.
2- The Budgeted units will distribute the total units along the revised duration of the schedule.
3- The remaining units (early or late) shall distribute the difference between the actual units at a certain data date & the total remaning units.

Can u justify this?

Yes and no, depends on some settings. check your "Admin Preferences" on "Earned Value" calculations and also check "Resource Assignments" settings against your specific project.
