Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

I have plan with more than 40000 activities. I need to extract list of activities that are out of sequence after scheduling. Can any one let me know what parameters do I choose (in filter) in order to extract the list.

You make a baseline, change the scheduling setting to ’progress override’ and then compare the finish date of the activties that are already started with the baseline dates. Populate a UDF saying "Out of Sequence" via global change and this will give you the ability to filter the activties.

Or just read the schedule log and hunt those activties down.

Rashid

Kannan,
Don’t think u can create a filter like this.
U have to schedule your project to see if there is any out of sequence activity.
