You make a baseline, change the scheduling setting to progress override and then compare the finish date of the activties that are already started with the baseline dates. Populate a UDF saying "Out of Sequence" via global change and this will give you the ability to filter the activties.
Or just read the schedule log and hunt those activties down.

Dont think u can create a filter like this.
U have to schedule your project to see if there is any out of sequence activity.
