"RA" is similar to "SDK" in P3. There is a Dictionary6x for P6. However, there is no WBS in here, only Activity Codes. There is one more called "PATTLNK_632006_536-xerFileParser&Builder" but a little bit difficult to assign the WBS & Activity Code. Welcome to Planning Planet.
You can display the WBS & Activity Code in your Column and use the Fill down (CTRL+E). Or you can even drag/move the activities to the WBS level.
Another thing is, try to export to excel and assign it.
