Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

we have 5 concurrent users license for Primavera 4.1. In case, 5 users have already logged in and sixth user wants to work urgently on primavera. Can he know which users are currently logged in so that he can request any of first five user to log off?

Kindly help.

But in this specific case, the user cant open Primavera if all licenses are being used.

I understand that Admin are always logged in, so all users has to be in contact with Admin and, when necessary, tell him that there is an important work to do on Primavera. Admin will see who is logged in, enter in contact with them and request some user to log out (someone who is not doing an important work).

Mukesh Jain,

There is a way to see who is logged in.

Go on "ADMIN / USERS" and click on "DISPLAY / COLUMNS" and insert "LOGGED IN" column.
