Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

hi all,

i am looking to save the layout in the pdf format,some how i am not getting the desired results, anyhelp will be appreciated. thanks in advance,for the expert advice.

Not clear?
U want to save the LAYOUT or the print previews in pdf format.
To save the print documents in pdf:

1)Intall Acrobat writer (distiller)
2)print the documents appearing in the print preview in acrobat file. (Select acrobat as ur printer)
3) U will get the same prints as a pdf file

Is it solves ur problem..
