Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

On the web, go to http://primavera.com/support/suphelp_post.asp?support_office=UK and fill out the questionaire.

In reality, you are probably wondering about the price. If your maintenance contract is current, then the cost of upgrading is only the cost of postage. When you bought P3, your maintenance license was for one year. If it is elapsed, then you need to pay for the entire period that it lapsed before upgrading. If your maintenance contract is more than 3 years out of date, then it is the cost of a new license.

I don’t work for Primavera - so things might have changed (but I doubt it.) Good luck!
