Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

G’day planning friends. My administrator has changed my folder structure, and now when opening P3 files I am seeing the message "PROJ environment variable is too long". I have moved the P3 project files one level higher in the folder structure, but the same message is returning. Can anybody assist me by explaining the message? Thank you in advance.

This is a P3 question in the Teamplay/ P3e /Pec forum section. In the future, please post questions in the correct forum. We are locking this thread.

This is the old limitation on 64 character text strings. In that P3 cant handle a path name with 64+ characters
