Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

How can I use Infomaker to customize the P3 report

I followed the steps described in P3 manual, but I met some problems,
1. Can not update the P3 data dictionary files, a error message showed up, and then P3 terminated.
2. can not find 32 bit ODBC Administation icon under Control Pannel to to connect to P3 Database.

My working platfrom is Windows XP.

sorry for late response..
check under control panel - administrative tools - Data sources ODBC. you should not get error message once ODBC is set up.

personally I prefer to use MSAccess or Excel than Infomaker.
