Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Dear Planners,

I want to check/track the changes made in the activity links between the original and revised program...

The idea, am trying is exporting the predecessor / successor details of both the programs in to WK1 / Excel format and make a comparison check of the successor/predecessor columns of both the programs using excel functions..

but in reports, the precessor/suceessor can be viewed as Act Id*, Act Id* like that only...I mean, the predecessor/successor activity is shown with * mark only, not with the type of link and with the lag days...

Is there any option to see the links like Act Id SS+__ days, Act Id FS+ __ days (The link as per the program) the way we can see in MS Project..

Hi Venkat,

if you look into the P3 example project, there is a prepared export EX12.

Or you create a new one: "ADD" --> enter the different criteria --> Under the detail tab "Content" select the radio button Successor relationship.

I hope, this will work

Try "Tools / Project Utilities / Export" and check the "export successor relationships" radio button on the content page. Good luck!
