Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Can we install and run P3 (V3.1) on Vista?

I read somewhere about bits of the bit...
P3 (V3.1) is 16-bit and application must be "compatible" with the OS... XP is 32-bit? (but can still run 16-bit progs)..
Vista is 64-bit? so can P3 (V3.1) run on it?

I have bought a new laptop and its CPU is AMD Turion 64 x2

will Windows XP pro 64 bit run P3.1 ???

I don’t want to run vista on that machine?

and I also wonder if P3.1 will run on a linux system with windows emulator?

Yes, i’m running Vista Enterprise 32bit and P3 V3.1 is working fine.
I don’t know about 64bit version of vista but the compatibility mode can do something i guess.
