Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Is there a way to set the activity types (eg milestones hammocks etc) as a column on the bar chart in p3, so you can filter and more importantly fill the cell rather than doing it one by one.

Brendan,

Nice to see you. How are things with you?

Adding a column for activity type is possible and done the same way as for any other variables. However you cannot fill cell in that column. If you want to do anything of that sort, you can use global change.

Grab a copy of SureTrak, you can open and set activity types with SureTrak, + a whole load other things that P3 can not do.

Format - Column - + (Add) Activity Type.

You do not need a Column for a Filter but this allow you to type in the activity type. You can also export and import this from xls.
