If the schedule where the resources are to be transferred to have the same activities (ID’s and descriptions) of the schedule you want it transferred from, you can use the export/import facilities of P3 (ver. 3.1 or lower only). It’s a simple two step operation. Be sure to export at least the Act. IDs and all the relevant fields of the resources.
