Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Linear - We had a HUGE ammount of debate on this recently when we rebaselined our Plan. We opted to profile certain activites for PDMS modelling, and no-one could agree which one to use. When they did settle on a curve, they didn’t think it fitted their exact requirements, SO bring out the hatchet and build in more detail on linear spreads.

Cool idea for Primavera to build it in, but when the PMs and Proj Engineers get into it, it never seems quite good enough.

Saying that, Back load for engineering deliverables, and bell load for activities that include multiple revisions, to allow for reduces effort in change as document progresses.

It depend from the nature of the activity.
