Go to Bars and make sure NECK is under visible mode.

If neck is unchecked, then it will show a straight bar.

you can show suspended activities by pressing F7 --> DATES Tab --> Suspend date and resume date

We cannot show suspension activities in baseline program. In updated program, it must have actual date.

But, activity suspension for four times......? I dont think so, its possible in P3. You can show it only once, I believe.

Cheers,

I am agree with Choi, is not that You have to put several suspension and resume because Your schedule is to high level?
If not split down it in any case in different activities, put before a milestone with an "self explaning" start milestone taht will help You later on in the possible preparation of the claim.
To group the activities resulting from this splitting use the coding structure.
When You just put suspend and resume you loose the reason, I prefer to split and put self explaining milestone.

You should be seperately recording each and every occasion where for no fault of your own you are unable to proceed.

This gives a full record of interruptions to the work and is invaluable if you needed to prepare a claim.

I believe your down times should have reasons for that.
Options:
1. sub-divide your activity into avtivities.
2. create a new calendar and assign the down time as non-working dates in the calendar.
Hope this will help.
