Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Good morning all, I have been a planner for about 18 months now and for the first time I have been asked by the SPM to produce a report showing the first five critical paths. How do I get P6 to display this? Is this best presented as a programme with multiple, different coloured paths or is there a reporting template which I can go on to update each quarter? Thank you. Gary

Hi Gary

First you must P6 let calculate them: F9 --> "Options" --> "Advanced" --> mark it plus the number you want.

Then you can group and filter by the paths and give them different colours in the bar chart.

Good luck with your planning!
