Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Dear All,

I want to have a graph between how much Perfomance% has been completed with respect to schedule %(of the whole Project).

I can only enter schedule % complete data upto current data date.But i want to have schedule % complete of the whole project before hand.

Thanks Mike.I want to show schedule % Complete(the problem is that i dont know how it is giving weightages to the activity and then to whole WBS) with Performance % complete Graph.(This is generated by the work i have done)

Hi Ammar

This kind of data is best generated on an Excell Graph.

Copy the percent complete numbers into an excell sheet from both the actual and target and use the data to present a vertical bar graph for each section of work.

Keep the graph format for the next progress update.

Told them to do so but they want progress in terms of duration.

Show the Planned Value Cost and Earned Value Cost Curves.
