Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Hello Everybody,

i have got native files of Suretrak, but cant open it.

 

i tried to download it from internet, but cant do that.

 

Could anybody help me with that?

You can try the following.

Have someone to read the files using Suretrak and save them as XML. Then if your software reads XML files you might be able to import the file.

I can have someone to convert the file to XML if you send me the files but if you are interested must contact me through PP as I like to keep my e-mail confidential.
