Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Dear Satish,

Milestone is a zero duration and zero resource activity.

With kind regards,

Deliverables will usually be stated as milestones by the client; refer the milestone mentioned in your contract; further, if you require a subcontractor for a specialised work on which your work will depend then it will be a deliverable for the sub contractor;

Dear Shazia,

The deliverable of the project is the end product that the client will utilize.

During the coure of the project, you will have plenty of deliverables as Shahul stated. It depends on the Project Management System that is agreed between the two parties.

What are you trying to achieve by identifying the deliverables?

With kind regards,

Samer
