I am working in Karachi, Pakistan as a planning engineer for multi-story building project having 12 buildings each ground + 17 floors. The project is being awarded to top contractors of the country :

1. Associated Constructors Pvt. Ltd

2. Habib Rafiq Pvt. Ltd.

3. Builders Associates Pvt. LTd.



The floor cycle we have achieved so far, varies from 15 days to 22 days depending on the formwork system. Completion period of one floor is about 26 days. Structure work is in progress.

i have no idea of this kind of buiding.

I think you can find good contractor there.

We have built a nuclear powerplant there, most of the civil works are done by local contractor.

I think you are coming from Al Habtoor Group for their project in Islamabad.



There are different contractors in Pakistan who have ability to complete such type of structures but limited to 15~25 stories at best.



Completion period for one Floor is from 20~30 days.
