Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

You can also look at the PMChamp's All About the Project Charter article. It has a few templates of the Project Charter also.

Although the focus is more on PMP exam here, you can still pick up some good points on the benefits, and usage of the project charter.

Plus, you could also check with the internal Project management office... they should be able to supply some of the past charters, which are a good learing starting points.

Project Scope Statement

All of these could be found using Google searches, and if you look in Wikipedia, you will find information on just about any project document you can think of, with the information required to complete it.

If you want examples of completed documents from real projects, then you are probably out of luck as the majority of these will be commercially classified. Take a look at the templates, they’re not complicated and you’ll be able to see what information is required.
