Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Dear Zoltan,

Thank for the reply. I have verified both the Window and P6 for decimal and digit. After that, I tried to export P6 again but it still didn't work. Perhap the decimal and digit was not the cause for the exporting problem.

Issue is caused by the Windows Regional Settings having an inconsistent Decimal symbol and Digit grouping symbol then the Decimal Symbol and Digit grouping symbol in P6 Professional.

To ensure that Decimal symbol and Digit grouping symbol for both P6 Professional and the Windows Region and Language settings, under Customize Format, match and are consistent with the desired currency please do the following:

Make sure that these match

For the Windows OS Region and Language settings:

  1. Launch the Windows OS Control Panel
  2. Select 'Region'
  3. Select 'Additional Settings'
  4. Select the 'Currency' tab
  5. Review the 'Decimal symbol' and 'Digit grouping symbol'

For P6 Professional

  1. Access P6 Professional
  2. Select 'Currencies' under the 'Admin' menu item
  3. Review the 'Decimal symbol' and 'Digit grouping symbol'make sure that
