Yes that is a good idea also add a finish milestones for phases. Add a finish milestone for phase 1 that is tied to the start milestone for phase 2.
I would not use a start on constraint unless there is a good reason for it. If it is a contractual release date of a phase then I would use it otherwise I would let the logic determine the date. If the date does not match when you plan to get into phase 1 then maybe you need to add more activities as predecessors to the start of phase 1
It will definitely work. If someone can work on the VB script and be able to come up with 64 bit SDK that will be very helpfull for the entire community ?.
One more doubt i have Is it recomended to create each phase starting as start of phase 1 as start milestone and use start on constraints to fix it in a particular date ?
