Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Dear Sirs,

please note that i have for example project w/2 WBS:

  • WBS #1 weight = 75% of the ABC Project

Included 2 activities

act #A weight = 60% of WBS #1

act #B weight = 40% of WBS #1

  • WBS #2 weight = 25% of the project

Included 2 activities

act #C weight = 35% of WBS #2

act #D weight = 65% of WBS #2

I need this data appears as follows in the schedule as activities weights not activities steps weights:

Activity ID             Activity Name   Weight
ABC Project   100%
WBS #1   75%
10                     Act #A   60%
20                     Act #B   40%
WBS #2   25%
30                     Act#C

40                 Act#D                                65%  

regarding that i will use the above in updating progress.

please clarify in clear steps and snapshots if available.
