Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Hi Kannan,

Your question is interesting , I think we have options like Actual labour cost, Actual material cost, Actual total cost etc.

Also You  have BL - Total cost (Excluding the indirect cost) . I think this will be enough for your EVA analysis.

Any other options / comments will be highly appreciated.

Hi Emily,

If as per the contract, only the BOQ amounts is allowed to be loaded in the programme, adding our internal expenses in the programme will increase the Total Budgeted Cost. This will not match with the Contract value and also can affect the Performance percentage complete.

Is there any solution to address this?
