Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Dear All,

Can anyone help me how to shown the % Complete & % Work Complete with decimal point. As of now I experience this problem. Even I input for example 24.6% in the actual then its appear in whole number its come 25%  its mean the number is round of in MSP 2007/2003.

A urgent response  would be most appreciated.

I appreciated for your reply, thanks, but now I try to do this, nothing the change. It's round off not shown in % with decimal.

You can use custom fields for that:

Formula 1:       [Actual Duration]*100/[Duration]

Make sure to check the “use formula” option when defining the field. This field shows the % Complete with decimals. You can use similar formula for % Work Complete:

Formula 2:       [Actual Work]*100/[Work]
