Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Gentlemen,

You can show multiple resources on one graph!! By using the Analyse Timescale Data in Excel, you can export all the resource data from the Resource Usage or Resource Sheet view. In Excel, you can then convert the data to a Stacked Histogram or Stacked Column. This will give a different colour for each resource, for each time-period.

I did this some time ago. It worked beautifully - but it took a little time. The only real problem is if you have lots of different resource names. The colours then become diffcult to differentiate.
