Thanks for the reply, it was the resource calendars I was trying to print out in list form but as you say I don’t think that is possible.

Do you want to print a report showing "Base" calendars or Resource calendars?

MSP cannot print resource calendars; to print a report about "Base" calendars, simply go to View, Reports, Overview, Working Days: MSP 2002 (for instance) shows every base calendar ona separate page.

Double click anywhere in the calendar to open the Calendar form, select the required calendar from the Date Shading form.
