I tried "schedule Cracker" (www.schedulecracker.com) and it has all what you want. They offer DCMA, GAO, EVM, Comparison, analysis, and even trend. They offer it for Primavera. I communicated with them and they said that MS Project is coming soon. They offer 14 day free full functional trial. They told me that I can load any schedule size I want and it should be fine. Give it a try.

This is first time hearing of any such software, although there was one "Claim Analyser" developed by R Winter consulting, which may not be fitting your description of the "Time Slice Analyser" software.
If there are any more well informed gentlemen or persons involved with the said new software, would be most pleased to try them out in real projects and time impact analysis circumstances I have.

Thanks for the reply Andrew
I have found quite a bit of software that can help in programme analysis.
You are right, Ron Winter has a nice suite of programs called ‘Schedule Analyzer’ (contact Ron@RonWinterConsulting.com).
Another is ‘Claim Digger’ from Primavera (http://www.primavera.com/solutions/ec_claimdigger.html).
The one I was looking for in fact was called ‘Flint’ (http://www.acsltd.co.uk/systems/primaplan/flint.htm).
