This may have been resolved by now but i suppose it will be helpful to anyone searching this topic.
Where there is an unbroken horizontal line like that (i believe a page break is a dashed line?) it is where the ruling line properties have been modified for that bar to be shown thicker / bolder.
Right click on the chart on the bar below the line, press 'Ruling Lines.....' and a small window will open, go to the 'Specifics' tab and double click the box to the right of 'Appearance:' and another window will open, in this window you can change the formatting of the ruling line to match the rest of the chart.
