Started  at the Tender stage for this project as Lead Planner and after successful bid, went to work as a Lead Planning Manager. I was Responsible for the overall development, integration, implementation & monitoring of detailed project plans & construction schedules. Prepared the compensation events programmes under NEC-3. Lead the planning engineers to support the commercial teams for the updates and progress monitoring of the key major subcontractors and managed the claims and counter claims from subcontractors. Keep track of project status and highlight problem areas to the management and suggest preventive actions as necessary to all stakeholders.

Managed Six Senior Planning Engineers for the programme integration and overall responsible and owner of the programme for this project. Chaired weekly planners meetings for integration and updating. I have successfully finalized the 2012-Olympic Embargo period programme with Crossrail, London Underground, Network rail, UBS & City of London and other Stake Holders. Establish Project Trackers( KPI’s)  for Crossrail. Track subcontractors progress and chase and update weekly/monthly report submission.

Prepare cost reports developed in coordination with the commercial team report SPI’s & CPI’s under Earned Value Management. Prepare and negotiate all Compensation Events programmers and implemented compensation events.

Successfully supported commercial team to monitor and manage the key subcontractor’s programs, claims & counter claims in accordance with NEC-3. C503 was commended for change management for Crossrail project, as we managed to work with in the NEC-3 guidance with regularity and stay on top of the change, this was possible due to the change management control procedures I establish in consultation with the project controls and commercial team. This resulted in the Project manager agreeing 250+ NCE/CE as ICE.
