Roles and Responsibilities :

• Participate in tendering and live projects.
• Analyze the tender documents and drawings to ascertain the Client’s requirements in terms of work scope and time.
• Support in the development the most appropriate method and sequence of construction operations in conjunction with Tender team.
• Analyze construction sites and existing environments to determine appropriate logistics solutions and resources.
• Develop the tender programme and anticipate the contract demands in terms of labour, plant and materials (lead times).
• Determines critical path activities.
• Advice the tender team on issue pertaining contractual and technical challenges.
• Participate in contract administration and technical tender evaluations.
• Review and revisit the tender programme upon winning the project through detailed discussions with the Project Team members.
• Evaluation of interfaces between primary services, infrastructure and buildings etc
• Leads the development of master schedule
• Work with sub-contractors and Project Team members to coordinate work sequences with the master schedule.
• Responsible / supervise the development of schedules manpower, quantities, progress, and performance reports.
• Review subcontractor or designer work programs submissions.
• Advise and assist the subcontractor or designer in the development of the work programs.
• Responsible / supervise the development and integration of individual schedules into the total master schedule.
• Responsible / supervise for monitors and updates the schedule with Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Testing & Commissioning.
• Produce cash flows in Primavera and liaise with the Commercial Managers
• Responsible / supervise for schedule analysis and schedule mitigation measures.
• Responsible / supervises schedule development, maintenance, monitoring, and recovery plan development activities.
• Supports project organizational and administrative activities.
• Interface directly with the management and site construction supervision.
• Supervises planners and schedulers.
• Consolidation prepares and reviews portions of the weekly / monthly progress report.
• Additional task to assist in coordinating design and construction issues
• Supervise design coordinator and CAD technician
