Involves in the development and updating of Trade Package Procurement Schedule and Master Construction Programme and management of the contractor’s schedule and the interface schedule of the various trade packages. Prepares scheduling analysis and performance evaluation of various trade contractors’ schedule. Provides direction and guidance to contractors on various scheduling issues. Involves in evaluation, review, recommendation of work execution programmes, critical analysis and advising management for key schedule monitoring and control issues. Providing summarized schedules as needed to support senior management, recommending strategic planning for schedule improvement and risk management, and involves in the development of project cashflow and overall manpower requirements. Developed project planning & scheduling procedures, guidelines, and the coordination of the overall planning & scheduling functions for the entire development. Involves in the assessment of Trade Contractors EOT claims.
