Responsible (as the client) for overall schedule management of the project and was also tasked with the development and tracking of the Construction, Commissioning and Qualification schedule.
•     Identify Project Interdependencies & Deliverables
•     Establish Key Critical Project Milestones
•     Develop & Maintain Detailed Level 3/4 Master Schedule
•     Progress Measurement (by phase and overall) and Project Reporting
•     Produce Custom Reports & Look Aheads & Trend Reporting
•     Conduct Critical Path Analysis & Risk Assessment
•     Resource & Productivity Control & Reporting
