Project Management Group Lead Planner

Reporting to the Commissioning Manager the role involved the development and maintenance of the Master Project Schedule for the Commissioning and Start up of the Facility.
•     Identify Project Interdependencies & Deliverables
•     Establish Key Critical Project Milestones
•     Develop & Maintain Detailed Level 3/4 Master Schedule
•     Develop and Implement Integrated Progress Measurement System
•     Produce Custom Reports & Look Aheads
•     Conduct Critical Path Analysis & Risk Assessment
•     Monitoring project trends and performance
•     Resource & Productivity Control & Reporting
