Responsible for developing project programme to fulfil the client’s requirements. Developing the programme with the understanding of the commercial and contract obligations required and also:
• Development of Client relations, project strategies and claims
• Production of presentations and interviews with the clients for prospective new long term clients
• Monitoring and development of the regional and national workload schedules
• Tender proposals and strategies including the development of project phasing
• Creation and Updating of project programmes at all levels (using CPA techniques)
• Monitoring changes that impact project schedule and cost
• Management of projects including the development of procurement and project strategies
• Training and developing staff including Estimators/Quantity Surveyors and Design Managers
• Preparation and attendance of Tender Interviews and meetings with the clients to develop key relationships
