Summary of my responsibilities are:
- Construct and manage detailed planning schedules, utilizing Primavera or Microsoft Project software, that represent activities required to successfully deliver key project / scheme milestones;
- Ensure all plans are fully logic linked and actually represent the correct sequence of events, as well as developing recovery programmesand contingency plans in order to meet changed objectives;
- Cost & resource load schedules and ensure they reflect accurate project phasing;
