Current Role

26 years experience in the construction industry in the Philippines, Vietnam, Indonesia, Laos, Australia, India and Thailand, including over 15 years in Bangkok. Over 21 years overseas experience in planning, scheduling and cost control for major multi-disciplinary projects.

I was involved from the conceptualization to the tender and execution of Projects that included elevated highways and Subway systems in Bangkok, Thailand; New Delhi, India and Perth WA.

Major Projects, Program Managed Includes:

·         M.Y.Eclipse: 164 Mtr: Worlds Largest Super Luxury Yacht.

·         M.Y. “A”: 119 Mtr Super-yacht Designed By Iconic Designer Philippe Stark.

Lurrsen’s 70 Mtr Yacht Series: Martha Ann, St Nicholas & Apoise

Work as a Project planner  for 3 Block 38 Storey Condominium and car Podium, with a project duration of 33 months.

Senior PMCS Manager, responsible for the project control systems, Time analysis, Risk Management, Cost Control.

Maintaining the programming functions on various projects throughout Queensland. Including retail mall developments, CBD commercial high-rise building, governmenttraining facility and design co-ordination on a major Gold Coast hospital project.
